Pre Orders will require payment in full and is non refundable as product will be ordered specifically for you unless it is in stock.  All pre orders will calculate a shipping cost at time order is received.  You will receive an email outlining the fee's.   If you order more then one item the shipping fee will not exceed our flat rate shipping fee's.  By selecting Shipping Option Additional Fee's you are agreeing to additional shipping fee's.
