NOTE:  RINGS MUST BE GLUED TO CAPS OR THE CIRCUIT BOARDS WILL TOUCH BASE OF CAP AND BLOW LEDS.  BUYER BEWARE AS THIS IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE AND WILL NOT BE REPLACED DUE TO HUMAN ERROR OR INCORRECT INSTALLATION.
